Self Description
            I specialise in teaching Literature in English for SPM, STPM, IGCSE, A level and have more than 20 years of teaching experience. The majority of my students score A in the subject. I believe that in addition to developing literary appreciation and criticism skills, the study of Literature in English teaches essential critical thinking skills necessary to help develop students into educated and creative thinkers. In the classes my students are encouraged to speak out and express opinions. Being articulate helps them to develop self-esteem and self-confidence thus enabling them to interact well with others.
Proven Track Record
            90% of my students score A in the subject every year. Students from as far as Wangsa Maju and Subang to my home in PJ for classes and I have students from Garden International School, Taylors College, Seri Hartamas, Damansara Jaya, Sri KL, Seri Aman, Seri Bistari, Wesley Methodist College currently attending classes. Outstation students from Penang, Batu Pahat, Kuantan, Melaka and Germany have joined my online classes.
Achievement
           I have a degree in English (Literature) & Art and Design from the Victoria University of Manchester; a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Manchester.
