Self Description
            I work as an educator for the past 10 years, part and full time. I choose education as my career field because of the passion in teaching and learning. I research a lot on teaching and learning diversities and multiple intelligence. This is due to the understanding that teaching should be student-centred. I choose teaching method that suits the mentality of the particular student as I am aware that learning ability varies. I take teaching weak student as a challenge because this gives room to prove myself as an exellent educator. In order to prepare and improve my skills, I attend many workshop or discussion session about teenagers life, their social problem and metal developement stages. I strongly believe that an educator's charactor must attract the student and therefore students will be motivated to learn whatever subject that will be taught by the teacher.

            All my students have passed at least with a credit. Most of them scored distinctions.
