Self Description
            I have one year teaching experience. During the year, i relly enjoy my teaching job. It may be i love to teach. In that year, I notice that what actually children need in their studies. But , the parent always don¡¯t understand what their children need. Now a day, children lose their happiness. It is because their parent always give them pressure to score A in exam.But, the children really dun know why it is so important to score A in exam. But, it is so important to score A in exam?? For my opinion, result is important. But the most important to let children know the reason and fun to study. Study will be fun or happy to them if the children relly enjoy it. If they don¡¯t enjoy in study, how your force them go to how many tuition class, the result will not be improve. It may worst than before laso. So, the first thing is, I will let children know the fun to study and teach the correct method to do their work. Beside that, the manners also the most important for children. I will guide to perform the correct manners during the tuition class. Because i believe that, a good manners for one person was strat during he was a child. And manners are the most important compare with the study result.
