Self Description	I personally believed teaching is a challenging profession as compared to other professions. This is because; I am dealing with future leaders. To teach them the language (English) is a difficult task as most rural areas students find it difficult to acquire where they are not exposed to English language. Furthermore, to give them the knowledge is something special where only an educator can do.
