Proven Track Record	before this i have teach year 5 which is very poor in mathematic and science,very weak in calculation even in the basic operation which is additional,subtraction,multiple and division. A few month ago, i teach him and he can do very well in the UPSR exam. this is a few technique that i used when i teach. First, demonstrates and shares a clear vision of intellectual goals and learning outcomes for the topic. then identifies key concepts or ideas in the field and helps students to understand and apply them integrates current research and conceptual approaches into learning activities.identifies key steps in achieving learning goals actively helps students to accomplish goals and meet challenges as defined in the course outline sets high, yet reasonable, expectations of students’ learning
