Self Description	My tutor experienced based when i tutor my junior at IPTA.i found a creatively method how to make the students more focused and more independence how to learn in smart way.nowdays i tutor upsr students range from standard 3 to 6 at my home.every single subject and question i make them understand first the meanings and contents than i do more exercise for thems.because execises is more efective than u memorize the subjects topics.(certain subjects).i also make a reference from other books and common topic to relate it into my teaching method.so this make students more enjoy and think more reality rather than rely on books.
