Self Description
            Psychology background Teaching background: Tutored a standard-four student who suffered from Learning Disability on all primary subjects. Once a senior tutor (lecturer assistant) at HELP University College who possessed a 3-year experience in group tuition and one-to-one tuition. Currently also conduct trainings to juniors at corporate level besides working as a full-time market research analyst. Teaching methods: 1. Informal & individualized approach to gain & retain students' attention & motivation. 2. Guide students to challenge a higher standard & meet their targets instead of setting any aim for them. 3. Evaluate their progress periodically & systematically & discuss plus explain to parents based on written records on how well their children are doing & a plan on how far they can be stretched. 4.
