Self Description
            It was four years back when I first ventured into this field. I started off by giving one to one home tuition from houses to houses. The main subject that I teach is Chemistry. Besides that, I do give tutorials for subjects such as English, Mathematics and Science. Today, I teach Chemistry and English in tuition centres with 5-10 students per class. As I am new in this field, I spent few hours everyday preparing notes, what to say, what to joke and how to motivate my students. Each minute of the lesson has to be planned out carefully to ensure that the students gain maximum benefits during class. My passion towards teaching has grown and i will keep this spirit burning. I aspire to become more than a teacher, that is to become an educator. I am looking forward working with other tuition teachers who are willing to work with me as a team to provide the best quality of education to our younger generations. For those parents and students out there who are curious about my personal background, please do not be hesistant to give me or call or drop me an email for further discussion. My teaching method I strongly encourage class participation during classes. This is to ensure that students are paying attention and they understand my lessons well. I can be standing in front of the class talking for 90 minutes non-stop but I wouldn't know how are the students catching up unless they tell me so. This is a reason I introduce class assessment after each topic I taught. Tests, quizzes and assignments will be given to students to train them practise exam oriented questions. "Practise Makes Perfect". I will provide detailed solutions for the questions given. On top of that, comprehensive notes are given to students as complimentary references. I emphasise more on practising questions rather than just studying the notes. From time to time, students can check this webpage for updated and latest notes and questions. If they have any questions, they are most welcomed to email me or sms me if it is urgent.
