Self Description
            I am a teacher at a secondary school in Petaling Jaya. I major in mathematics, minor in chemistry. Most of my students who I teach in tuition are my students at school and also my neighbour. I found, most students do not understand with teacher's explanation at school. Added more, they less revise their lesson and ashamed to ask from their teachers. In mid term examination,most of my tuition’s student have obtained 'E' in subjects mathematics. But, after joined my tuition class, they are able to get “A”. Over 10 students that I taught in tuition, 4 of them got A’s, 3 B’s and the rest passed. That’s a big changing for a student from ‘E’ to ‘A’. I’m very delighted and proud to see their achievement. They said, my technique are simple and easy to understand. At the same time, I teach primary school’s students in my tuition. Before they join my class, a lot of them got 'red' mark in their report card. Their parents very worried. After some time I guided them, their result changed. Not a little, but a big changing. Excellent! There was no ‘red’ mark any more. Their parents came to me by bringing their children’s examination paper. I also surprised when I saw their results. I really proud and satisfied to teach them. They thanked to me. For me, if students do not revise or study at home, they really need somebody to guide them. At least, they learn something and do not waste time at home by playing. Students’s achievement in primary school will effect their achievement in secondary school and also their higher education soon. If their results in primary school already bad, example in mathematics, it will more difficult when they already up to secondary school. I have become a student like them long time ago. So,I really know their problem. I also always give them motivation, spiritual boost and also right methods to study, especially to secondary school students. This method they can practice right now, and until they futher their higher education. I want guide them until they suscess. For me, "No victory for a teacher like me except see my students success.
