Self Description
            Well in my 9 years experience, I have leant that we can never use the same teaching method to all students. Every student has their own strength and weakness. In order to approach the student, we as tutors need to know what kind of students we are dealing with before we implement our teaching methods. Therefore, teaching method is actually designed by the students and we as home tutors assist them in their educational problems and clear the doubts. I personally think that students want a home tutor who is custom made for them and they do not want another class room enviroment.
