Self Description
            TEACHING EXPERIENCE: I have 6 years of experience in teaching secondary students between Standard 1 to Form 5. Medium of instruction is usually in English. Simple English is used during lessons for easy understanding. However, I can also communicate and teach in Bahasa Malaysia for better understanding. I have taught many students. Up till now, I have no problem when tutoring the student. LESSON FORMAT: Before we start off with the lessons, there will be a consultation session to determine your needs such as your goals, your weakness, etc. I will suggest the required materials such as reference books and work book. The lesson starts with answering your questions of interest and formal teaching. We will then spend more time on attempting questions and explaining mistakes made in the course of the tutorial. Teaching Method: The education system in Malaysia is mostly exam orientated. Students are judged by the marks they scored in their final exam. From my experience as a student and a tutor, I realized the importance of exam answering skills. Hence, my teaching is exam orientated, which is exam focus tuition. The lesson will concentrate on 2 parts, first is formal teaching and secondly on attempting model exam questions. Formal teaching is important for student to get the basic knowledge of the subject. As you know, exams answering skills is the most essential in scoring an A. Therefore, practicing exam alike questions will help students to learn, train them and further streamline their ability to perform well in exams and also in real life application. From there, student gets maximum exposure to exams questions. Explanations will be given on mistakes made and weakness pointed out to student to help them learn. When student are well exposed in attempting model exam questions, they will feel comfortable and confident in the real exam environment. TRAVEL AREA: I am willing to go to anywhere in Klang Valley, Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway, Shah Alam and surrounding areas. I usually teach at the students' place. AVAILABLE TIME: Monday to Sunday can be arrange. TUITION RATE: Fees are negotiable during interview. I charge a reasonable rate. Please rest assured that you will get your money's worth.
