Self Description	I tailor plan the lessons for my students based on their performances. Lessons are mainly on exercises to familiarize students.Homework is only given when students are unable to complete their work in time.This is because I understand that students workload are heavy due to lots of homework from school.
Proven Track Record	Honestly I still do not know about my ex students performances,but I do make sure that my students will learn new things and and understand what they are learning despite the exercise drill that i will give them.
