Self Description
            Ihave been working for the past 20 years in a manufacturing company. Main job fucntions are provide training, modification of machinery and management. Would like to venture into a new field that is teaching. Prefer to teach English subject is because our English standard is low compare during my study time. Had no experience in teaching but had attended SMART READER English Programe to gain experience in teaching English blend sound. Had completed Level 1 until Level 6 and intend to continue further if time permits. Will start the SMART READER program as a home base tuition. I sincerely hope with this program will improve our children English conversation, reading and its grammer.
