Self Description
            I love to communicate with students.Make them at ease and then look into their subjects that they are weak.Find out their weaknesses and then help them to identify it and then correct them. Give them exercises and show them the errors they have done.Make the students correct their errors else assist them.I like to motivate my students and encourage them too. Always making sure that they ask questions and i will try my level best to give an answer else i myself will do some research and then let them know.In my experiences being a teacher, we have to make sure that the student can do better ,no matter how bad he/she may be. I believe each student has his/her own capability.Teachers are meant to encourage, motivate and help them.
