Self Description
            I have been teaching for 10 years. My students had good results. For example, I had a student that got last position while in Standard 3. When he took the exam in UPSR, he got 2As, in Eng and Maths. I taught his brother maths and he got A in PMR. I had a student in boarding school. She hate maths because couldn't understand much of the things being taught. Her mother spotted me giving tuition in Wangsa Maju and asked me to give tuition to her daughter. I only taught her during school holiday. She learned about 15 lessons in total and she got A in her exam when I chatted with her through Facebook last month. It was my joy that she did well. Usually, I will check with parents and student to know the level and the expectation. Then, I will plan accordingly. I will do my own record when giving tuition, to plan on what to teach and to make sure I am not teaching back same thing. It can also help me to think on how to plan for the next lesson. If the student is weak, not because of the education but cause by lack of confidence, I will motivate them through some material that may help them to build up their self - esteem. I usually proactive in my approach towards my students and not using a forceful approach to make sure they do thing. However, it depends on the type of students. Different students need to be teach differently.
