Self Description
            A well-rounded Taylor's University College student who acquires her knowledge and skills through striking excellence in multi-disciplinary academic and extra-curricular backgrounds. Having a strong academic background throughout my primary and secondary school years, I realize the significance of establishing a good foundation for students to strive for greater heights in their further education. Therefore my passion is to empower primary and secondary students with the essential academic expertise so that they too can excel in their tertiary education in the near future. My highly organized and consistent nature makes me an individual who is relied upon to see tasks to their completion. I am realistic in determining the level of expectation that each student can achieve, thus developing confidence in them to excel in a safe, positive learning environment. My personal motto: "Success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well." I can empower students to bring out the best of themselves.
Proven Track Record
            My foundation in teaching starts at home. As an elder sister, I have helped my younger brother score full 7A's in his UPSR in Year 2009.
Achievement
           My strongest areas are Languages (English, BM, Chinese) and Sciences, particularly Biology. I have achieved straight A's in my UPSR and PMR, and obtained A1's in the Cambridge GCE O-levels English, Chinese, BM and Biology subjects. My proficiency in English is further bolstered with a Distinction in the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations - FCE. Recently I have scored above 100 in TOEFL. Currently, I am a member of The National Society of High School Scholars, USA. I have also previously been ranked Regional Top Ten in the SUNWAY UNIVERSITY COLLEGE Inter-School Math Quiz Challenge 2007.
