            MORE THAN 11 YEARS IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, PART OF ASSIGNMENT IS TO TRAIN NEW ENGINEERING STAFF. I AM MORE ON PROBLEM SOLVING ORIENTED, THEREFORE, I PREFER TO TEACH STUDENT ON HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS/QUESTIONS.START BY LEARNING FROM QUESTIONS.DO A LOT OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS/EXAMS (LATIH TUBI).FROM QUESTIONS,WE KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.WE CAN ASK QUESTIONS LIKE "WHAT IF" SCENARIOS FROM THE QUESTIONS TO DEEPEN UNDERSTANDING.CAN FURTHER DOWN TO PRINCIPLES AND BASICS TO TACKLE THE FUNDAMENTALS IF STUDENTS STILL WEAK IN FUNDAMENTAL.I BELIEVE, STUDENT COULD LEARN FROM QUESTIONS, START ASKING 'WHAT IF' THE QUESTION TURNED THE OTHER WAY ROUND, WHAT IF WE CHANGE THE PARAMETER/INFORMATION ON THE QUESTIONS, PLAY AROUND WITH THE INPUT INFORMATION AND SEE WHAT KIND OF DIFFERENT RESULTS/ANSWER MIGHT BE.
