Self Description	Just reading from books alone does not always give 100% guarantee that he/she will remember that knowledge . One of the best way to teach someone is to gives hand on exercises and guide them the way. I like to do various research of outside knowledge and share interesting learning together. I believe to learn something, we must first enjoy it. From that way, we will enjoy learning and won't be so stressful. My way of teaching is to make things simple to learn and have fun learning too. I'm working in a research and development team. When I discover new knowledge for my team, I will share the knowledge in an interesting way where my team will enjoy learning.
