Self Description	For my knowledge , I know that mostly the student is don't understand the meaning of the subject although they already have the answer. Some of the student not confidence at all. They need some one to help them and guide them ( they have their own opinion ) not to control them and told them you must follow our way without let them to think.
Proven Track Record	My student ( standard 3 - Kinder garden Level) improve from time to time during the school exam until to date standard 4. I'm not teaching all the subject but the subject I teach mine student score A.
