Self Description
            I have a splendid personality, firm but understanding. I can relate to students because i have been there, done that. I belive there are no lazy students, only that the teacher should be more interesting. My teaching method would be to encourage them, giving them space to grow and not suffocate them with work. This method has long been proven successful. Other than that, the student's performance would reflect my achievement and thus, i will guide them to achieve greater heights.
