Self Description
            After being trained for Learning Disorder Management and Child Psychology,I have realized that each child needs to learn at his/her pace and senselessly pushing the child just makes matters worse. I just love reaching out to children and helping them. I also find joy in teaching children with learning difficulties and learning disorders like ADD and Dyslexia. I use play and creative methods to teach along with a lot of praise and encouragement, to help them achieve their goals with genuine inborn interest and inspiration to excel. I feel children perform better if they feel good about themselves and feel confident in their abilities. A child who feels secure with his/her tutor and knows there are no punishments and no need for fear performs happily of his/her own accord. That is exactly how I teach, by being understanding yet firm. It is a miracle to see how a little bit of love and patience now, goes a long way in helping them prepare for the future.
