Self Description	I am quite strict and friendly tutor.I will make sure my students to understand each topic .other than this,I will be conducting test end of each month so that students can see their own progress.sometimes,I will be sharing some of my thoughts and experience of me in university which will motivate my students.other than that I believe in making students to understand not forcing them to memorise everything.
