Self Description
            Ever since the dawn of pre- university, I’ve gone out of my way to acquire as much working experience as possible to ensure a smooth flow in my future chosen career. Realizing that experience carries a high complimentary status alongside education, I devoted my leisure time to enhance my capacity in the working field. I started by working in two different work agencies, Business Trend and Manpower. I began working in those two agencies during my time in Matriculation center. I also allocated my semester breaks in providing my service to the agencies. I was assigned to various fields of work such as receptionist, telemarketer, administration executive, check sorter, sales assistance and much more. Through all these various jobs, I was able to experiment as well as learn the hidden secrets of the working world. I was exposed to different areas of work which contributed in providing me with the necessary preparation to adjust to different environments and requirements as well as the different qualities of works. The ability to adjust accordingly plays a significantly vital role in the achievement of success as it allows the people to implement a better working quality regardless of what sort of work is done. Without this skill, only poor performance can be expected from the workers as they wouldn’t be able to boost their morale because of the unadjusted surrounding. Moving on, from the working experience I was also bestowed with excellent communication skills which evidently come in very handy in all sorts of working aspects. Along side that, I was able to strengthen my public confrontational skills as a big portion of my working experience require direct contact with the associated public. All these qualities that i have acquired has strengthen me from all angles and thus made me fully prepared to shoulder bigger responsibilities and has made me into a reliable character. Furthermore, after joining the university, i was given an opportunity to share my knowledge with the fresher generation as i was offered a job as a tutor for UBS Counting System. This evidently supports the fact that I am able to generate the required criteria in exposing myself to a successful environment. From this tutoring expertise, I was granted a chance to enhance my humble knowledge as tutoring requires a major understanding in delivering the subjects. During my last years in the university, i was honored by many lecturers as they unhesitatingly placed their trust in me to fairly judge the ability of 1st and 2nd year students by invigilating their exams. In addition to that, i was personally asked by my lecturers to help in marking exam papers. This carries a heavy weight as it reflects the trust that the lecturers confide within me. From this experience i learned to be a fairer person and I learned to evaluate things in a better manner. This experience also assisted me in developing a steady relationship with the international students as they would often come to me for clarifications on matters pertaining to their studies. All these various experience assisted my humble self in becoming a more reliable employee while improving all aspects of my personal as well as professional character. I have learned to evaluate and improve myself in order to achieve great success and becoming a better person. All the sacrifices that i have made to attain these valuable lessons and experiences are worth it and i hope that they won't be left in vain in the future.
