Self Description	Dedicated teacher with more than 10 years of teaching, tutoring and lecturing experience. Ex-college lecturer. Currently a Maths teacher with an international school in Shah Alam.
Proven Track Record	9/10 students can master Maths concepts that they have studied in school, but only 1/10 can answer exam questions well. Why? This is simply because students are NOT familiar with exam format & lack of self-practice in answering Maths exam questions. Remember, maths is not a reading subject! Therefore, I am using "non-text book teaching" approach in my Maths lessons. Students have gone through the text book with their teachers in school and there is no point to repeat something that the students don't understand. I will start a particular topic with basic concepts and directly go through the past years exam question paper. This will shape the students' skills & confidence as well as to prepare them to sit for major exams.
