Self Description	Ever since I involved myself in education, I enjoy teaching so much. I have a student who is poor in completing his homework everyday. He will have different excuses for not doing his homework. After 4 months guidance with him, he is more responsible now. He will put all his homework into a folder and show to me every morning when I enter the class. He will put a mark on those he does not understand or need my guidance. This is some obvious improvement I could see on him. Every children are unique. All of them love to learn but they tell us in different way.
