Self Description
            My strength of tutoring is I did not only teach students, but I give them opportunity to generate their own ideas and reflecting what they had learn at the end of the lesson. As a teacher trainee, I am equipped to deal with various students background so that I can use different approach in each lesson to make the lesson meaningful to students. Furthermore, I was awarded "Anugerah Praktikum Cemerlang" (Excellent Practicum Award) that shows my great achievement in teaching during my year as a teacher trainee. I plan my lesson according to the syllabus outlined by the documents standard Ministry of Education. By using textbook as the main source (plus other reference book), pupils will get sufficient experience and knowledge to master the subjects efficiently. My tutoring techniques focused on facilitated independent learning where I provide stimulus for students so that they can generate maximum understanding of the subjects.
