Self Description	I was a temporary primary school teacher.I have teaching experiece in school and also as a home-tutor.I had met various types of students, especially those who are poor in results.However I was patience and slowly their results were improved.I do not emphasize on the scores my students gained,I only care for how much that they learned.As for me,results are not the key to success.Self-management, confidence and individual personality are very important too.
