Self Description
            I am self motivated, well in time management and never easy to give up. I taught in primary school before, even i'm not experienced teacher, but i do put a lot of effort in teaching my class. my students are quite naughty(all school teachers think that)they never submit they homework and not discipline. i have a few problem student, the 1st 1 is never do his homework and never submit his work, the second boy never talk in the class, he is shy to talk because he have some problem in speaking. The 1st boy started to do homework that i gave to him. The second boy started to raise up his hand to answer when i ask questions. The whole class started to be more disciplined and not to be so talkative. I even found out that one boy need to wear glasses while other teachers can't. I did canned my student once, and we cried together. Before year end i managed to have a class party with them. I knew that they are really happy. That is the happiest year in my life. The reason why i left the school is because i am a temporary teacher and the school have enough teacher. I will try my best to be a permanent teacher.
