Self Description	i don't believe in scolding students to get them learn something. I will guide them according to their will to learn and give them suitable advice to understand the subject well before i start into more specific topics.No point teaching if they are only listening but not trying to understand.
Proven Track Record	I may not have helped any students directly through teachings but i believe i've helped a few indirectly by guiding and giving them advise.
Achievement	i haven't got my final result yet because i just finished my finals last week (5/5/2007). But, up-to-date, i still remain with first class result (CGPA :3.8/4.0).
