Self Description
            I prefer interactive tutoring. Whereby i like the students to get involved when i am teaching. I usually also provide a lot of exercises during class hours. I stat of my teaching them a question, then providing them another question. This time i will guide them in answering the question. The third question, i will allow the student to answer on their own, but with me monitoring them. I will stop them when i find a fault and discuss with them on the fault. The the student will be given a set of questions to answer on their own. I mark papers on the spot and provide it back to them. Homework depends on the toping. Number of questions for homework also varies on the topinc and the situation of the child. My technique is also a little different whereby, at least once a month i sometimes requeire parents to get involved to monitor the class as well as the childs performance. This is to ensure that the parents are aware of my methods as well as how far the child is progressing, instead of waiting till the exams and finding out. I have taught a small group of students comprising a maximum of 15 kids. I also have tutored one to one. I have been teaching for the past 6 yrs. I have also taught college students whom needs assistance with subjects relating to IT.

            Most of my students have received As in the subject which i have taught.
Achievement
           I have completed my Degree in IT and Information technology. I am currently working with Hewlett Packard Malaysia as an IT Specialist.
