Self Description	My teaching method is based on andragogy teaching method, where students anticipation in class is highly recommended. This is due to my experience in teaching adult classes, especially engineering related classes. Two ways communication is important since I encourage students to go beyond their scope of study to enhance understanding. All in all you will find my way of teaching has a lot of differences than the normal conventional teaching method.
