Self Description	i am an english teacher and i also provide home based tuitions for primary lever. i teach my students with flashcards,proving them my own worksheets and guiding them endlessly.Of course their parents need to partake in everything that their children are learning.as much as i teach my children,they are not going to excell 100% if their parents do nothing at home to guide themespecially in thier homeworks.i have been working as a teacher for more than a year.
Proven Track Record	i have seen obvious progress in all my stdents especially my chinese students.they are able to communicate,write and answer their emaxs well.formally they knew not how to speak,write and understand.but now,i'm happy to see their improvement.
