            Academic achievement: Masters in Pharmacy (UK) Experience: Been tutoring since 1998 (10 years) My principle: I don't give my students fish just to feed them for a day!I teach my students to fish, so that they can eat for a lifetime. I take pride of my student's success as my own. Teaching method: Teaching's an evolving art. It's not rigid .Every child has different needs & capabilities.I teach my student to understand not memorize. Basic structure of my teaching comprises INPUT > OUTPUT > EXERCISE > RECAP. What do I expect from my tutee's parents? (I)Parents themselves should prioritized education.(II)Parents high expectations should be made crystal clear to their children.(III)Parents should believe & never give up on their children's ability, no matter how hopeless it may seem. Failing does not mean the child is any less intelligent than those who aced the test. They just couldn't prove it as easily.It's a matter of finding the right combination.(IV)Parents who know the right time to reward & discipline children.(V) Parents who communicate with both children and tutor.(VI)Parents who cooperates.
