Self Description	I'm Nickson Tan. Currently an undergraduate student holding a diploma in civil engineering. In all my past major examinations i have scored full A's for all subjects. During my diploma program i have scored an average grade of A. I'm interested to teach and educate the children who are in need for guidance and i'll guarantee im provement in the grades of my students. During my experience in teaching, i have develop teaching techniques that i believe would work on the students in this generation. I could speak fluent english, bahasa malaysia, and cantonese. Being good in studies does not mean one have to be gifted. Being good in studies is all about the right mind and method and good practice. Therefore, i believe everyone can excel in their studies if they have the right mind and proper guidance.
