            MY TEACHING METHOD IS VARIABLE ,IT DEPENDS ON THE STUDENT HOW IS HE,HOW WAS HE IN THE PAST ,IF HE HAS NOT BEEN GETTING THE DESIRED RESULTS,WHAT ARE THE CAUSES FOR THAT,LIKE HOME ENVIRONMENT IS VERY MUCH DOMINANT IN THIS REGARD IN STUDENT/CHILDREN BEHAVIOUR,EVERY BODY NEEDS TO FEEL HIS RESPONSIBILITY ,IMEAN TUTOR,PARENTS,EVERY BODY DOES PLAY THEIR ROLE IN ORDER TO GET THE BETTER RESULTS,TEACHER/TUTOR BAKGROUND,EXPERIENCE LEVEL,BEC WITH EXPERIENCE HE CAN MOLD THE SITUATION ,ACCORDING TO SET TARGETS.INDEED BY COMING BACK TO THE MAIN QUESTION,MY METHOD OF TEACHING IS FLEXIBLE ,I AM NOT HARD AND STRICT, FRIENDLY BUT UPTO CERTAIN LEVEL ,BY UNDERSTANDING THE STUDENT NATURE AND MIND I USED TO MANIPULATE
