Self Description
            I have a passion in teaching and sharing my knowledge with others especially to students who are preparing themselves for their future, including my nieces. I had got 5As in my SPM examination 3.5 years ago, which are English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics, Chemistry study and Physic study. After SPM, I continued my study in KDU College with the sponsorship from the Malaysia Human Resources Department and a five-star hotel in KL. I was originally chinese educated from my young age. However, with an effort that I have put in learning English Language without any out-of-school tutor, it makes me on realising a natural way of learning languages, especially chinese and English. Besides, throughout my guest service line experience from year 2004 until present, I have been communicating with people around the world in English Language and Chinese Language. Apart from languages, I have been handling account of huge amount by the guest account and obtaining a high level of culculation daily which shows my skill and knowledge in Mathematics subject. In my Hospitality background, There are many trainees from colleges including trainees from Netherland that I have taught which makes a natural trainer/teacher for students from school/colleges during their training period.

            I am now in charge of training programmes for the Customer Service Department in my present company.
Achievement
           I had got 5As in my SPM examination in year 2003, which are English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics, Chemistry Study and Physic Study. I represented my secondary school in Debate competition in year 2002 and 2003 in City Level. Besides, I was the President in year 2002 and Vice President in year 2001 for the English Language Society of my secondary school. I also represented my school as a commitee of English Language Drama Competition in Selangor State level. I was the President of Science Resources Society of my secondary school in year 2003 and I represented my school in Biology Quiz Competition in year 2003 which we won the 4th Prize in the City Level. I also rpresented my school for Chemistry Quiz in City Level.
