Self Description
            My name is Alif Asyraf Bin Sardi. You can called me Alfa. i am staying in Tropicana My hometown is at Malacca. I did not have any formal teaching experiences. But i have experiences conducting meetings, public speech, public speaking, presentation and debate since my college until my occupation now. i am also has experiences dealing with clients and customers face to face and via telephone. i am also has teaching experiences when i was working in Langkawi island as a trainer in Wilderness Center. So, handling kids and teenagers should not be a problem for me. I am also has my own soft and effective approach to my students. I am also the second son from my 8siblings. Most of the are still in primary schools and secondary schools. I am also has experiences being a fascilitator for motivation camp. For my teaching skills, i will studied your kids behaviour, interest, knowledges and performances in schools first before i create my own style of teaching. i will started to teach your kids from chapter to chapter, then in between, i will do some quiz for them to check their IQ and how your kids can capture or absorb the information given in a short term.I will encourage them to accumulate questions that they can asked during the class.I will also will do some exercises to loose their tense and teach them some tips for study and maintain healthy as i am also the member of Fitness First Club and was active in outdoor sports in Langkawi.I will be well-prepared and plan for my materials before class. now, i'm doing personal tutors and working with Richworks resources.

            i am also got an award for Top Rookie in Batch 54 in Singapore Telecom and also received a letter of compliment by my customers when handling their problem until achieve a satiesfactory solution for them.
Achievement
           i was graduate in degree of marine science field. i got 4A's in UPSR, 8A's in PMR and 1st grade in my SPM while studying in Sekolah Menengah Sains Muzaffar Syah Melaka (a science boarding school).
