Self Description
            During my tenure with AMSET College, teaching Foundation students business and marketing, I found the students very reluctant to converse and mingle. I would like my students to feel comfortable with me as a friend rather than a teacher. I have adopted the method of two-way communication and that I have found to be very effective as students respond better. I have also found that when a student is given the opportunity to express his/her thoughts,there's a lot of indepth information that they have and normally its not only in reference to the topic at hand but many other things. Students must have a safe feeling and must enjoy the company of the teacher or else the subject taught becomes boring and the absorbtion rate is minimal. I always encourage my students to interact with me as to understand where lies the problem with their subjects or personal dilemma. But above all, the most important is not teaching them but listening to them as well. As a student myself, it was important that the lecturer understood me rather than just force help I didn't require. Every student is special, as such different approach needs to be adhered to.
Proven Track Record
            My foundation students at AMSET (all 20 of them), in 2000 received A's for subjects in Business Foundation and Foundation in Marketing.
Achievement
           I have graduated with a Second Class Upper for my Degree and An Honors for my Masters in Human Resources
