"Application over blind memory"
Self Description	I place more importance on making sure the student understands the subject material than to aid the student in blind memorisation. That may allow the student to score in exams, but it may not help them in life after school. I have not taught any students before, but I have classmates and friends who have come to me for help with many subjects.
