Self Description	I've been working in a training institut for 4 years.My experience is more on the adult learning since i conduct technical training for TNB staff.I think adult learning is the more challenging since i have to deal with aged working people.I think teaching school students would be much easier as as at their age, learning is part and parcel of their life.Their job is to learn and study. So, with proper guidance and approriate teaching approach, the process of learning would be more fun and enjoyably effective.
