Self Description	After completing a Bachelor Degree Business Administration(Hons)and then completed TOEFL,I began working in education industry in Connecticut,USA in the late 2004-2005 before i came back home,Malaysia. I volunteered to teach at orphanage home near my home in Ipoh while working as a full time lecturer in one of the private college, Management Department. I got better offer from one of the university colleges in Nilai and i join them in 2006 as a full time lecturer. I teach management and marketing subjects at diploma level. My students are vary from different countries.I'm currently doing my MBA on part time basis. I love teaching and i believe every student have their own value, talent and ways to study.
Proven Track Record	About 120 students evaluated my teaching performance in 2007, i got highest evaluation in my department and more than 90% of students' satisfaction.
