Self Description
            I have three years experiences in giving tuition, especially in Maths, Sciences, Language subjects. My former students were primary school students, secondary school students from form 1 to form 5 (SPM) and UEC students. I would show my devotion to teach any students regardless their grade is poor or good. I will try my best to apply methods that works well individually. As an example, I have a form 2 student who failed in math subject. He scored 30% in that exam paper. After one month he had tuition with me, he gained 55 marks for another exam. Improvement can be observed by comparing two exams. Other than that, I had been a part time teacher in Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School for two months. I taught chinese and chinese history subjects that ranged from form 1 to form 4 (Junior 1-3, Senior 1 for UEC). Meantime, I gave tuition for form 1 to form 3 students primarily in Math, Science, Account, Chinese subjects, the total amount of students were around 15 students. I enjoy in giving tuition by seeing students show improvement and gain more confident in academic involvement, it can create satisfaction for myself. Besides being a psychologist, education is one of my favourite field that I would like to be involved in as interest, which to help those students in any age or year of study. I hope that I can contribute as well as to guide those students not only in academic achievement but also to explore their potentials in facing any challenges in their life. Thanks.
Proven Track Record
            I have helped one of my students, Chou Xiao Mei (form 3) to get A in her math paper. And, my form 2 student Jimmy Liao to gain improvement in his math paper, which using one month to teach him, his result improved from 30% to 55%. Other than that, my PMR student, Ah Sam, who showed improvement from grade C to grade B in math subject, as well as mandarin paper improved from fail to pass level.
Achievement
           I graduated with Master in Clinical Psychology. And, I obtained Second Class upper division honour degree in Bachelor Degree in Psychology. I also obtained Diploma Certificate in Journalism and pass with distinction in LCCI level 1 and Level 2. I was a social worker in an International NGO for 7 years before further studied in Master in Clinical Psychology. Currently is a Clinical Psychologist.
