Self Description
            I like to have good classroom management.I like to teach according to students' characteristic.I have many years of teaching experience but most of the time are in small group.Students like my class well as I have met the needs of students.But I hope parents can understand that learning is a long process and gaining good results doesn't mean a good child or students.Both personality and learning are my consideration.
Proven Track Record
            I have helped at least ten poor-performance students to improve both their characteristic and results during my teaching years.
Achievement
           I have got the first honour at Lingnan Univeristy. I get 3.93/4 CGPA at Southern College.I won Leo Club Top Secretary in 2007 and Leo Top President in 2008 within the area of 308 B1(including KL,Melaka,Johor,Negeri Sembilan)
