Self Description
            during my several years teaching at different tuition centers, i have been invovled in designing learning programs for students of different level, while also incorporating interactive teaching methods. my strategy in teaching is to first reach out the student's heart and make friend with him or her. then understand the student's family, personal and academic backgrounds. finally teach using a suitable method. i am a teacher who is strict at outside and soft at inside.someone whom students can relate and talk to.
Proven Track Record
            of all the six years teaching experience, i'd mostly taught students with poor academic performance. improvements in results are seen especially those whose parents im close with.
Achievement
           7As in SPM and 3Bs in STPM, band 5 for Malaysian University English Test (band 6 is the best),graduated with second upper class honour degree.i was in the US for 3 months for an internship program where i was exposed to a dynamic english speaking environment.i am an triathlete and held the vice president post in my university's aquatic club. i have joined many open races, including a full marathon. i recently just completed a one-month solo biking tour in indonesia.
