Self Description
I started my home tuition on part-time basis in Malacca after my STPM examination in year 2001. The subjects that I taught were Mathematics and Science at PMR and UPSR levels. Over the years, I had exposed few others teaching environments such as kindergarten teacher and teaching in Mandrin language for Malay students as and when I was free to conduct the tuition. Thus, I learnt the importance as an educator to understand the personalities and background of a student in order to guide them in an efficient learning method by using the correct approach. Besides that, it helps me on how to tackle and liase with moody students as well as to teach based on conceptuality of theory which is very productive in learning Mathematics. As an educator, I would share my feeling that apart from earning, teaching gives me a satisfaction whenever there is an improvement from students regardless of academic or personalities.
