Self Description
            To be a tutor, we not only concentrate the improvement of student's achievement in academic only. We have to lead the students to start to learn by theirownself. They have to understand well why they needed to study all these subjects. By force I am personally not agree. In these past 3 years time, my teaching experience is not wide, but at least i know how communicate with students. This is important. That is because you have to understand what the problems they are facing. Then you just know what method of teaching is suitable for them.
