Self Description
            Highest Qualification: Bachelor's (Hons.) Degree in Mass Communications and Eduction Diploma (Hons.) in TESL Teaching Experience: 7 yrs of primary school teaching experience. I strongly emphasize on improving my students' results. Taking it step by step to ultimately achieve distinction. Teaching is one thing but I think 'man-management' is also just as important. Understanding the students' capabilities and approach are vital so as to cater teaching methods accordingly. From my experience of teaching over the years, each students are different. So one method does not apply. Methods or approach will be slightly adjusted according to ability of students to absorb. Weaker students whom I have taught, have benefited greatly from this, as they find it a bit difficult to understand the usual approach as they lack strong foundation. Whereas for the the stronger students, its a matter of strengthening their foundation and providing an array of questions ranging from moderate to challenging questions to practice. As most of you already know, maths is all about practice. Rates: - Rates are negotiable. Availability: - Most times during weekdays and weekends. Kindly do call to discuss and decide on the timings.
