Self Description
            I’m an academic lecturer with the Pedagogy Department & am accountable for designing & developing resources & modules for courses conducted by the department. I am responsible for organizing & managing proficiency courses conducted for in-service teachers (primary & secondary) & BPG support staff. I served as a teacher of the English language at schools for 12 years & was appointed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) as a State Trainer (Jurulatih Utama) in the development of the English language for ETeMS plan to facilitate Mathematics & Science teachers. I’m a State Trainer for the Contemporary Literature & Extensive Reading programme by the Curriculum Development Division,Malaysia. The Negeri Sembilan Education Department assigned me as a member of their examination panel for the Penilaian Setara Tahun 4 & 5(PESTLE). I designed guidelines for setting up validity & standard marks for examination questions & answers and proof read surface & content areas. Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan(BTP), furnished me the prospects to develop storyboards for the E-Bahan Versi Network B. Inggeris to prepare & proofread educational course ware standards. University Putra Malaysia endowed me, good experience on further developing my skills on writing as a facilitator for the Effective Writing workshops by Putra Sarjana, conducted for local & International postgraduates from various disciplines. I will employ mind maps to develop students’ writing skills using the Effective Writing method.
Proven Track Record
            All the 10 students i tutored this year scored an A for the English language in their UPSR.
Achievement
           I was awarded the 'Cemerlang' grade for my excellent performance in academic & practicum during my candidature as a teacher trainee. I have also been awarded as the most hardworking teacher in my most recent school.
