Self Description
            My years of experience have thought me no 2 students are alike. That's when I adapt the ADDIE teaching model. First, most importantly, identify the Tutoring Need Analysis, the current strong and weak point of the student. Then, proceed with the Design, Development, Implementation and finally the Evaluation. No Teacher will be able to bring out the best in their student if they can't communicate with their student. Here I adapt a system to identify their learning (communication) style. Among the learning styles are Visual (Spatial), Aural (Auditory-Musical), Verbal (Linguistic), Physical (Kinesthetic), Logical (Mathematical), Social (Interpersonal), Solitary (Intrapersonal). The classes shall be conducted on revising the subjects already covered in the class for further enhancing their understanding. Also cover the subjects in advance for further strengthening their understanding. Love working with kids especially 12 years and below.
