Self Description	In fact, the government exams are based on the pass year questions. Normally, they will fix the questions one year before exam and keep into the examination bank. So we can predict the exam questions by evaluating the current issues or formats. Actually, for me, the exams are not important. The knowledge absorption within the learning period is more important than facing the exams. Nowsaday, the students have to learn a lot of things. But is that they can absorb anything or they can use what they learned before in a right way? So, I in my classes I think two-way communication is very important. I give something to them, then I need some feedback for them such as can ask them to give some opinions about my teaching attitides or ask me to more concentrate in some topics which they did not understand. Lastly, examinations are important but our social is looking for some genuises not examination machines. So let your children become the coutry geniuses.
